Role Details

Reporting into the Recycling leadership team this role leads health safety environmental and quality performance across the Recycling Division. Youll oversee ISO compliance quality assurance incident management and risk reduction across NSW and QLD with periodic site visits every 23 months. Partnering closely with operations you will drive consistent standards resolve quality issues improve stock and spoilage outcomes and strengthen Visys commitment to safe and sustainable operations.

What You Will Bring

HSEQ experience within manufacturing or related sectors
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 GMP SPC and WHS regulations (ISO 4801 / 45001)
Proven auditing experience and the ability to influence and coach site teams
Certifications in WHS Risk Assessment Document Control (HACCP & Lean Six Sigma desirable)
Strong communication stakeholder engagement and problem-solving capability
Ability to lead compliance reduce risk and drive quality improvements
