Role Details

As a Quality and Safety Manager driving function expertise you will champion health safety environmental and quality (HSEQ) standards across our Recycling Division. Youll play a critical role in compliance risk management and driving continuous improvement across New South Wales and Queensland sharing your time across multiple sites in these regions with short site visits every 2-3 months.

What Youll Do

• Lead ISO 9001 certification and GMP compliance programs.
• Manage quality assurance processes to reduce product impact and customer complaints.
• Oversee incident reporting in VIMS and Noggin for safety and environmental compliance.
• Conduct HSEQ audits implement corrective actions and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Collaborate with production teams to improve quality reduce spoilage and optimise stock levels.
• Promote a zero-incident safety culture through training and awareness programs.
• Partner with customers and suppliers to resolve concerns and support compliance.

What Youll Bring

• 5 years experience in HSEQ roles within manufacturing.
• Expertise in ISO 9001 GMP and statistical process control (SPC).
• Strong knowledge of ISO and WHS regulations.
• Leadership skills to influence and mentor teams.
• Certifications in WHS Risk Assessment and Document Control (Lean Six Sigma and HACCP desirable).
