As a Key Account Manager at BIC you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of strategic key accounts in the Belgium and Luxembourg region. You will take ownership of the entire sales process from developing account strategies to executing them while collaborating closely with marketing category management and our field sales team. This position offers a dynamic opportunity to drive business growth build lasting client relationships and contribute directly to the success of BIC in the Benelux region. The role is based in Belgium with regular interactions across the Luxembourg

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Sales Marketing or a related field.
Experience: 3 years of experience in Sales as a key account manager and/or Field Sales Manager ideally managing client portfolios in a similar role. Field sales experience as Account Manager or Sales Rep. are an asset.
Languages: Fluent in French and Dutch; proficient in English.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel PowerPoint...)
Negotiation & Communication: Strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and clients.
Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret sales data and market insights to develop winning account strategies.
Customer Focus: A passion for providing excellent service and building long-term trust-based relationships with clients.
Team Player: A collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
