Job Summary
What is the job about
Apply a technical broad and deep knowledge base and customer understanding across functional Service areas and/or units (eg. Field/Onsite or workshop repairs)
Your main responsibilities:
- Disassemble inspect trouble shoot repair and replace part and re-assemble pumps pump systems and accessories in a field service and/or shop environment.
- Identify the root cause of mechanical electrical and systematic failures.
- Responsible for Complaint Management thru Service App via handheld device/Laptop.
- Responsible for the Environmental Health and Safety Program as outlined by the Health and Safety Manager and as required by local regulations.
- Interfaces with team leader and back office to ensure customers expectations are met.
- Provide advice to customers at pump and system/application level.
- Carry out risk assessment before each job.
- Conduct pump hydraulic tests energy checks.
- Prepare quotes for out-of-warranty repairs.
- Assist leaders by identifying and providing solutions to service and warranty concerns.
- Write Service / FAS reports.
- Knows and understands department procedures and goals.
- Working on a variety of projects within a short period of time.
- Flexible with working hours in order to meet customers expectations
- Comply with standard operational and working practices.report findings to support corrective action activities
Your Background:
- Engineering Degree or Diploma with equivalent work experience of 4-5years
- Mechincal /Electical & Electronics
- Worked with customer service experiences
- Knowledge and Experience on Pumps & Pumping system & conversant with their vast appications
