What Youll Be Doing:

Create UX & UI Designs: Translate requirements into user flows low-fi wireframes prototypes and polished UI designs for web and mobile.
Support Research & Testing: Participate in user interviews usability tests and feedback synthesis to improve design decisions.
Collaborate Closely With Stakeholders: Work with product managers senior designers and engineers to ensure design intent is clearly understood and implemented.
Maintain Consistency: Contribute to and follow Vahans design system to ensure visual and interaction consistency across the product.
Solve Real User Problems: Convert insights data and feedback into thoughtful design solutions that simplify workflows and delight users.
Iterate Quickly: Work in a fast-paced environment handle feedback improve designs rapidly and contribute to shipping high-quality features.
Learn & Grow: Work under guidance from senior designers actively improving craft communication and product thinking.

Youll Thrive in This Role If You:

Have 13 years of experience designing for digital products (web and/or mobile).
Are strong with fundamentals - layout typography UI patterns and interaction design.
Communicate ideas visually and verbally with clarity.
Are curious and user-obsessed - eager to understand real problems workflows and comfortable iterating based on feedback and collaborating across teams.
Have a portfolio demonstrating good visual craft problem-solving ability and end-to-end thinking.
Are proficient in design tools like Figma ProtoPie Lottie Rive.
Bonus: Use AI tools like Claude ChatGPT Midjourney or Figma AI to enhance speed ideation and quality of output.
