Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant UX Designer
In this role a Lead UX Designer should have a strong background in designing enterprise-level web applications and a proven track record of working with Figma to create both low and high-fidelity wireframes. This role requires a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive and engaging user experiences. The primary responsibility of the role is to play a vital role in creating intuitive and engaging digital experiences and lead the design process from concept to final implementation ensuring a seamless user experience across all platforms.

Responsibilities
User Research:Conduct research to understand user needs behaviors and motivations. This involves interviews surveys and usability testing to gather insights that inform design decisions.
Wireframing and Prototyping:Develop wireframes and prototypes to visualize design concepts and test functionality. These tools help communicate ideas to stakeholders and facilitate iterative improvements.
Interaction Design:Design user interactions that are seamless and intuitive. This includes creating navigation structures interface elements and ensuring consistency across platforms.
Usability Testing:Perform usability tests to evaluate the effectiveness of designs. Analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement and refine the user experience.
Collaboration:Work closely with product managers developers and other designers to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. Effective communication is essential for integrating UX design into the overall development process.
Process governance: Create and maintain technical documentation including process design documents (PDDs) solution design documents (SDDs) and test plans according to MARS standards and framework. Ensure all automations adhere to coding standards security protocols and enterprise governance policies.
Process Improvement & Efficiency. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in financial processes and systems. Promote standardization to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Support the regional and global finance projects.

Qualifications We Seek in You!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Bachelors or masters degree in computer science Software Engineering or a related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Certifications in UX tools and related skills.

Preferred Qualifications / Skills
Experience in creating associate-centric journeys and apps with business centric design language
Skilled in Figma prototyping Adobe Creative Suite for high-fidelity design
Conduct usability testing with business stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers developers and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into design solutions.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
Ensure consistency and adherence to design standards and guidelines.
Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in low and high-fidelity wireframes.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript) is a plus.
Experience with Agile methodologies and working in a fast-paced environment
