Job Description Summary
This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of compensation and benefits. Youll support our Reward team by assisting with data analysis report preparation and project coordination contributing directly to our efforts in HR solutions & tools expertise in compliance with the Airbus strategy for national and/or international labor taxes social security legislations and Airbus HR policies.
Job Description For External Posting
- Reward Data Support & Analysis:
- Help collect organize and verify data for various reward projects.
- Assist in basic analysis of compensation and benefits data to support team decisions.
- Reporting & Documentation Management:
- Prepare various compensation and benefits-related reports presentations and internal communication materials.
- Manage and archive team documents policy files and data.
- Draft and send company-related notification emails.
- Project Support:
- Provide data and administrative support for compensation module HRIS projects under team guidance.
- Participate in cross-functional project collaboration.
- Complete other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the team.
Requirements:
- Skills & Knowledge:
- Basic understanding of compensation & benefits performance management or broader HR principles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and Word. Familiarity with Google Workspace tools is a plus.
- Basic Qualifications:
- Excellent learning and adaptability skills with the ability to quickly grasp new knowledge and tools.
- Meticulous and rigorous with a strong focus on data accuracy.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Proactive highly responsible and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in English (speaking listening reading and writing).
