About the role

We are looking for the Key Account Manager. This role is responsible for leading the team to achieve the sales target of potential strategical end users in the transportation energy defense and aerospace segments. This will involve quotation negotiation getting sales orders and handling payment issues. Our ideal Key Account Manager is enthusiastic proactive team oriented and dedicated to fulfilling our customers needs promptly and courteously.

Key responsibilities

• To achieve the sales target of the key accounts and make the significant key accounts growth in China.
• Work out and implement strategical activities.
• Improve profitability and NPC by value based selling and new products.
• Support key accounts to improve their productivity by customized solutions.
• Cross departmental communication and coordination.
• Lead strategic planning opportunity mapping and annual account development.
• Coordinate across Divisions Product Lines and internal stakeholders to deliver aligned customer-centric outcomes.

About you

• Colleges degree or above majoring in mechanical manufacturing with strong engineering background and experience.
• More than 5 years of experience in premium brand cutting tools companies
• Strong end users development background
• English skill of listening speaking reading and writing is preferred.
• Good leadership and coordination skills
