What Your Day May Look Like

• Train employees conduct new employee orientation mandatory licensing training on-the-job training along with training in health and safety practices.
• Document training as required for purposes of licensing and under the terms of client contracts.
• Work with managers and supervisors to determine training needs and approaches.
• Develop training schedule in conjunction with management to coordinate training activities.
• Follow appropriate instructional procedures or methods such as individual training group instruction etc.
• Organize training manuals reference library testing and evaluation materials multimedia visual aids and other education materials.
• Maintain records and prepare reports to evaluate the performance of training activities and to monitor the progress of trainees.
• Perform tasks and duties of a similar nature and scope as required for assigned office.

Position Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of training experience required.
• Relevant experience in security or law enforcement training a plus!
• Must have reliable means of communication and transportation.
• Proven ability to lead build and motivate a high-performing cohesive team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills needed.
• Tech-savvy with the capability to maintain troubleshoot and oversee site systems and technology.
• Skilled in overseeing compliance audits and operational procedures to ensure site safety and regulatory adherence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication required.
• Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in Securitas pre-employment screening process including drug screen and background investigation.
