What Youll Do
- Deliver engaging interactive in-home sales presentations
- Educate homeowners on energy-efficient home improvement solutions
- Collaborate with a high-energy supportive field sales team
- Participate in weekly sales training and coaching to sharpen your skills

Compensation & Perks

Sign-On Bonus Details
New hires are eligible for a $4100 sign-on bonus paid weekly at $325 during training. Bonus eligibility requires completion of all training milestones and the first qualified appointment that results in a deal. Full details are provided in the employment agreement.
