Job Summary

Sales Manager Renewable Energy & Utilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define develop and implement the commercial strategy for the Renewable Energy and Utility market aligned with the companys growth objectives.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Monitor and actively participate in tenders and bids ensuring competitive and high-quality proposals.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and pricing agreements.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts to support business planning.
  • Act as the main point of contact for key customers ensuring strong and lasting client relationships.
  • Transform key clients into strategic partners driving sustainable growth in revenue market share and product adoption.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
  • Conduct market intelligence and competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities.
  • Expand the customer base within the Renewable Energy and Utility sectors.
  • Ensure the achievement and where possible the overachievement of company sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as required.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 35 years of proven sales experience preferably within the energy renewables or utility sectors.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a proven ability to build long-term client relationships.
  • Strategic mindset combined with analytical thinking and a results-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication organizational and collaborative leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken); knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
