What Youll Do:
In this pivotal role youll oversee the day-to-day operations of our production facility ensuring efficiency quality and safety at every step. Youll lead a team of supervisors and operators drive continuous improvement and collaborate closely with manufacturing and planning teams to deliver on production schedules.
What Youll Do
- Oversee and optimise all manufacturing operations to meet production targets.
- Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
- Manage and mentor production supervisors and team members.
- Collaborate with planning and operations teams to execute production schedules.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and performance.
- Take ownership of inventory management and stock control processes.
What Youll Bring:
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar production or manufacturing role (chemical industry experience highly regarded).
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical preferred).
- Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with SAP and inventory management systems.
- A proactive safety-first mindset and attention to detail.
