Qualifications

A personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
Alignment with the schools Statement of Faith (available on our website)
Ability to articulate and model a Christian philosophy of athletics.
Strong knowledge of football fundamentals skills and game strategy with the ability to teach and communicate effectively at the varsity level.
Ability to plan structure and lead effective practices.
Ability to organize and coach the team during games and competitive events.
Previous high school college or professional football coaching experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and conduct daily practices between 3:007:00 p.m.
Develop team rosters create game plans and ensure effective implementation.
Travel with the team and drive a school van to practices or games as needed.
Foster a positive Christ-centered team culture and maintain open communication with athletes families and the athletic department.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Athletic Director.
