Key Responsibilities:
Support Business Development of multi brand business.
Build and maintain database for macro economy and demographics numbers distribution market share sales revenue and development plan of major competitors by city.
Support new site business terms evaluation sales projection new store size and capacity analysis rent cost and total capital investment analysis.
Coordinate and liaise with Finance and Store planning/Construction team who lead P&L and project schedule.
Prepare for presentation decks to internal and external parties with other team members.
Tracking new store performance analyzing and updating successful business model for Japan with Finance team.
Support on admin work of BD as necessary.
Support project leaders to keep track of distribution plan.
Education/Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree holder
Experience in retail preferred
Strong analytical numerical negotiation and problem-solving skills
Strong adaptability & flexibility
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Strong code of ethics
Proactive self-motivated outgoing and detail-minded
Proficiency in written Japanese and English
Proficiency in MS Excel Word PowerPoint
