About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant within HR Total Rewards Incentive Compensation Center of Excellence. This role will support the Wealth and Investment Management Line of Business.
In this role you will:
- Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement by conducting root cause testing of all compliance and business metrics.
- Determine areas of strength or Business Execution opportunity within defined scope of work
- Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations.
- Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables.
- Present recommendations to develop implement and monitor strategic approaches effectiveness of support function and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business.
- Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of business.
- Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management.
- Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff
- This role will be responsible for the Incentive Administration for plans supporting the Wealth and Investment Management plans.
- Manage/oversee the day-to-day duties of the incentive plans for which you are responsible for with the ultimate objective of accurate and timely payouts.
- Provide excellent customer service to plan participants managers and key stakeholders for all inquiries.
- Collaborate effectively to identify opportunities to improve processes and communicate opportunities.
- Ability to work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership.
- Act as a subject matter expert on the various systems and applications supporting Human Resources and Incentive Compensation
- Ensure incentive calculation is accurate within the Incentive System and retain evidence of the review.
- Maintain documentation procedures job aids etc. to support the administration process and respective applications/systems.
Required Qualifications:
- 2 years of Business Execution Implementation or Strategic Planning experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience training military experience education
Desired Qualifications:
- Strong Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
- Excellent verbal written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Forward thinking with the ability to problem solve
- Attention to details with a focus on executing effectively.
- Organizational skills to prioritize tasks.
- Human Resources/Incentive Compensation experience a plus
- Experience with Jira and Varicent preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of Wealth and Investment Management preferred but not required.
