Learn and Grow as a Junior Data Business Analyst

About the Role

As a Junior Data Business Analyst you will report to the Head of Data and your main responsibilities will include:

• Organize and structure business data across different domains.
• Document data entities attributes and field definitions.
• Collaborate with data owners to capture and harmonize data definitions.
• Track basic data quality measures such as accuracy and completeness.
• Support small initiatives to improve data quality.
• Contribute to the business glossary and metadata catalog.
• (Optional) Explore and analyze data using Power BI Power Query or similar tools.

About You

• You must hold a Masters degree in a relevant field such as Information Management Data Analytics Actuarial Science Engineering Mathematics or Natural Sciences.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Detail-oriented with an interest in improving data quality.
• Collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn.
• Curiosity about data structures systems and their impact on business outcomes.

Technical Skills:

• Basic experience with Excel and/or Power BI.
• Interest in learning data management data quality or governance principles.
• Familiarity with insurance concepts is a plus (not required).
• (Optional) Exposure to Power Query Python or metadata tools.
