The Opportunity & Role Profile
An excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to join a large secondary school as its Site Manager. This role carries significant responsibility for the security maintenance and operational efficiency of the entire campus leading the in-house site support team.
Core Responsibilities & Scope
- Team Commander: Direct line management and supervision of all Caretaking and cleaning teams overseeing rotas and performance.
- Compliance Chief: Full responsibility for site security statutory H&S checks and managing risk assessments.
- Maintenance Planner: Overseeing planned and reactive maintenance supervising external contractors and managing premises budgets in coordination with the School Business Manager.
Compensation & Benefits
- Essential Requirements: Extensive experience in site or premises management demonstrable maintenance skills and strong team leadership capability.
- Salary Range: Highly competitive salary (expected to be 38000 - 48000 per annum).
- Support: Generous Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) and a high level of autonomy
