The Opportunity & Role Profile
This thriving primary requires a reliable and diligent Caretaker to be the hands-on champion of the school environment. The role is vital in ensuring the safety cleanliness and functionality of the buildings and grounds providing essential support to the teaching and learning of younger pupils.
Core Responsibilities & Duties Scope
- Operational Organiser: Responsible for general opening and closing procedures site security and energy management (heating/lighting).
- General Upkeep: Executing minor repairs basic painting and essential routine maintenance across the allocated zone.
- Presentation Partner: Coordinating with cleaning staff and ensuring external play areas and pedestrian routes are kept clear and safe.
