We are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join a friendly high-performing primary school in Hillingdon. This is an excellent opportunity to support pupils who require additional emotional or behavioural support helping them to develop positive relationships self-regulation skills and confidence both inside and outside the classroom.

Behaviour Mentor Requirements
Experience supporting children with behavioural social or emotional needs
Background working in a pastoral mentoring or inclusion-based role (school or youth setting)
A calm patient and restorative approach to managing behaviour
Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive trusting relationships
Resilient empathetic and proactive in responding to pupils needs
Committed to inclusion safeguarding and equal opportunities for all learners
