The Role
Teach English from KS3KS5 across both Literature and Language
Prepare resources for analytical creative and comparative study units
Mark written work and provide thorough personalised feedback
Support enrichment including drama productions writing competitions and reading clubs
Engage in departmental planning moderation and professional development
Requirements
Strong command of English curriculum and assessment frameworks
Ability to teach academically able pupils in an independent school setting
Passion for fostering creativity critical thinking and high-quality writing
