Geography Teacher Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver high-quality Geography lessons across KS3 and KS4
- Plan prepare and assess effectively in line with the national curriculum
- Support a 12-person Humanities team with shared resources and planning
- Drive student progress and attainment in Geography lessons
- Contribute proactively to behaviour management and SEND support
- Communicate confidently with parents and carers
- Work collaboratively to support curriculum development and enrichment
- Bring creativity flexibility and adaptability to every classroom situation
- Play a proactive role in school life with a desire to progress into middle and senior leadership

Geography Teacher Person Specification:

- 1:1 Geography degree from a top 20 UK university
- QTS with experience in a school setting
- Strong behaviour management and classroom leadership
- Confident in supporting pupils with SEND
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A proactive and creative attitude towards teaching and learning
