The Role
Teach Science across KS3KS4 with mentor support and shared resources
Deliver practical work and demonstrations safely with technician help
Use assessment tools to identify gaps and personalise learning
Take part in structured ECT sessions training programmes and feedback cycles
Contribute to extracurricular Science clubs and learning challenges
Requirements
Teacher training in Science
Ability to teach at least one discipline confidently
Eagerness to learn develop and engage in reflective practice
