Job Summary
Are you a confident KS2 Teacher seeking a role in an ambitious Hounslow school from January 2026 Would you enjoy teaching across Key Stage 2 in a setting with strong subject leadership and a focus on measurable progress
We are recruiting a KS2 Teacher for a popular primary in Hounslow. The KS2 Teacher will plan and deliver well-sequenced lessons analyse assessment information to target teaching and lead small-group interventions to close gaps. This KS2 Teacher vacancy in Hounslow begins January 2026 and the successful applicant will be included in induction and planning prior to January 2026.

Main duties
- Plan and teach sequenced KS2 lessons that secure knowledge retention and application across year groups.
- Use assessment to set targets design targeted interventions and evaluate their impact.
- Contribute to curriculum development moderation and staff CPD within the KS2 phase.
- Liaise with parents and external partners to support pupil progress and transition.
- Participate in whole-school initiatives and pastoral programmes across Hounslow.
Person specification
- Qualified teacher with robust KS2 experience and the ability to teach across multiple year groups.
- Strong planning assessment and classroom-management skills and a collaborative attitude.
- Committed to professional development and able to start January 2026 in the Hounslow school.
