Tasks

Whats your Mission

As an Inside Sales Representative youll play a crucial role in driving revenue growth for Agilent. Youll be responsible for:

Outbound Sales: Actively prospecting and engaging with potential customers to identify and close sales opportunities for on-demand service contracts and maintenance/repair services.

  • Inbound Sales: Handling incoming customer inquiries providing product information and addressing customer needs effectively.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Building strong relationships with customers understanding their needs and proactively offering solutions.
  • Sales Funnel Management: Managing your own sales pipeline tracking progress and ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams including customer care engineering and field service to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements

Your Experience Our Future

  • Language Skills: Fluency in German and English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven sales experience including a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Customer Focus: Ability to build strong relationships and provide excellent customer service.
  • Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to find innovative solutions.
  • Time Management: Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Teamwork: A collaborative team player with a strong work ethic.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in insurance sales.
  • Background in laboratory or analytical instrumentation

Your Benefits Package

  • Start Date: January 2026
  • Hours: 39 hours/week
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday 9 am to 6 pm and Friday 9 am to 5 pm
  • **Salary:** 27500.00 gross per year 
  • Holidays: 24 calendar holidays per year / 2 accrued days per month
  • Work Model: Hybrid - 6 days per month at the office
  • Training: 1 month training from Monday to Thursday 9 am to 6 pm and Friday 9 am to 5 pm
