Were looking for a Sales Manager for our Spanish team and drive our continued growth in one of our most strategic markets.
As Sales Manager and reporting to our Country Manager Spain youll be responsible for the Spain SMB team from building and executing the go-to-market strategy to leading a high-performing sales team that consistently exceeds targets. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who combines strategic vision with a strong sales mindset.

Key responsibilities in the role!
Drive Results & Commercial Performance:
Own the SMB segments sales performance ensuring revenue profitability and cost targets are consistently achieved.
Develop and execute strategies to exceed sales goals and maximize growth.
Oversee team forecasting budgeting and reporting to ensure full visibility of financial performance.
Monitor team KPIs and coach managers to deliver on ambitious targets.
Team leadership and development:
Build and nurture a high-performing motivated sales culture.
Lead coach and mentor the Spanish sales management team to reach peak performance.
Support hiring onboarding and continuous development of sales talent.
Sales Strategy and Planning:
Execute the Go-To-Market strategy for SMB market Spain in close collaboration with Marketing and Partnerships.
Analyze market trends customer needs and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
Design and implement data-driven sales plans and initiatives to strengthen market presence.
Ensure full alignment with global strategy brand positioning and company objectives.
Sales Reporting Forecast and Analysis:
Generate regular and accurate sales reports forecasts and performance metrics.
Analyze sales data to identify trends patterns and areas for improvement.
Identify performance gaps and opportunities to optimize the sales process.
Present monthly quarterly and annual performance updates to senior leadership.
Lead the implementation of new processes tools and initiatives that enhance efficiency and impact.

Comes from high pace scale up environment coming from HR Tech is a nice to have not a must
Has 3 years of experience in Sales leadership building and coaching or as a Sales Team Leader looking to make the next step.
Has been creating a strong outbound culture and strategies multiple times.
is humble cares about the details caring attitude and wants to participate into an ambitious project and is solution driven.
