Role: Commercial Due Dilligence (CDD) & Strategy Consultant - Contract Role
Seniority: Analyst - Senior Consultant
Day rate: 250 - 550
Project duration: 8 - 10 weeks immediate start
Location: Remote in the UK
Were partnered with a boutique strategy and CDD consultancy that is sector-agnostic with particular strength in TMT software and services. Theyre seeking one to three CDD and strategy consultants for mid-market CDD projects over the next couple of months.

Requirements
- A currently active independent consultant
- Strategy & CDD consulting background at a tier 1 tier 2 Big 4 or specialist boutique. Alternatively a transactions background in Private Equity (PE) or Investment Banking (IB)
