Job Description

We are seeking an Automation Solutions Architect Lead Specialist Engineer with extensive experience in designing implementing and optimizing enterprise automation solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise leadership skills and the ability to drive automation strategy across complex environments. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on knowledge of automation frameworks cloud platforms CI/CD scripting and orchestration technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and architecture of scalable automation solutions across enterprise systems infrastructure and applications.
Develop automation strategies frameworks standards and best practices to support operational efficiency and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development DevOps security and infrastructure to implement end-to-end automation.
Evaluate existing automation frameworks and recommend improvements for performance security and maintainability.
Lead automation initiatives such as CI/CD pipeline optimization configuration management and infrastructure automation.
Implement advanced automation using scripting orchestration tools and cloud-native services.
Troubleshoot complex automation issues perform root cause analysis and ensure timely resolution.
Mentor engineering teams and provide technical guidance throughout automation project lifecycle.
Drive continuous improvement processes system modernization and emerging automation technology adoption.
Prepare architecture documentation technical designs and solution roadmaps for stakeholders and leadership.

Required Qualifications

12 years of hands-on experience in automation engineering architecture or related technical roles.
Strong expertise with automation and orchestration tools such as Ansible Terraform Puppet Chef Jenkins GitLab CI/CD or similar.
Solid experience in cloud automation across AWS Azure or GCP environments.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python Shell Bash or PowerShell.
Deep understanding of DevOps methodologies Infrastructure as Code and configuration management.
Experience architecting automation solutions for large-scale enterprise environments.
Strong knowledge of containerization platforms and orchestration (Docker Kubernetes Helm).
Familiarity with networking system administration virtualization and microservices architecture.
Excellent ability to document high-level and low-level architectural solutions.
Strong analytical problem-solving communication and leadership skills.
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or related field.
