Job Description:
As a Functional Consultant specializing in Oracle SPM you will be responsible for documenting functional requirements leading critical review processes (CRP) user acceptance testing (UAT) and system integration testing (SIT). You will implement SPM and VIC modules and ensure seamless integration with Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM and Financials. Additionally you will design and lead custom integrations with Salesforce and other third-party applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements for Oracle SPM and VIC modules.
  • Lead CRP sessions to validate requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Proven track record of at least 2 full-cycle implementations of Oracle VIC
  • Conduct UAT and SIT to verify system functionality and performance.
  • Implement the Oracle SPM and VIC modules ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Integrate SPM with Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM and Financials ensuring data consistency and integrity.
  • Design and oversee custom integrations with Salesforce and other third-party applications.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to enhance system adoption and utilization.
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Oracle SPM and VIC modules offering guidance and support to project teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Information Technology or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Functional Consultant with expertise in Oracle Sales Performance Management (SPM).
  • Strong knowledge of the Variable Incentive Compensation (VIC) module.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM and Financials integration.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and other third-party application integrations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Relevant certifications in Oracle SPM or related areas are a plus.
