Position: Freshers/ Jr Recruiter
Location: Akkayyapalem Visakhapatnam ( Only Local Canddiates only )
Duration: Fulltime
Only Night Shifts ( 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST or similar)
Numerous opportunities exist for junior recruiters or freshers with strong communication skills to work night shifts in the recruitment process particularly in US IT/Non-IT staffing in India. Companies often provide comprehensive training and mentorship.

- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written English is a primary requirement as the role involves interacting with US-based clients and candidates.

As a junior recruiter in a night shift your responsibilities will generally include the following:
