Job Title: Trainee Recruiter

• Department / Team: TA team
• Location: Chennai / Pune (Remote / Hybrid)
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Pay Range: 4 Lakhs to 4.20 Lakhs
• Reports to TA Lead / TA Manager / AM

Role Overview/Job Responsibilities

We are looking for highly motivated and passionate Trainee Recruiters who are eager to build a career in global technical recruitment. This is an excellent opportunity for 2025 pass-out graduates to work closely with India ; US and LATAM clients gain exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes and develop strong industry-relevant skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and support end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for India ; US & LATAM markets
• Source candidates using job portals LinkedIn referrals and other channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and stakeholders
• Maintain candidate data trackers and recruitment reports
• Communicate effectively with candidates across different geographies
• Understand client requirements and align candidate profiles accordingly

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong interest and passion for technical recruitment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good understanding of global / international recruitment (India US LATAM training will be provided)
• Strong interpersonal and soft skills with working knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
• Willingness to work in night shifts (PST time zone)
• Self-driven proactive and eager to learn
• Strong soft skills & learning mindset
