Key Responsibilities:
Platform Management: Oversee the administration and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Custom Application Development: Lead the design development and deployment of custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.
Integration: Manage and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using APIs web services and other integration tools.
Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of developers ensuring best practices and high-quality code.
Project Management: Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects meeting all requirements and specifications.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the ServiceNow platform.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in ServiceNow development
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in JavaScript HTML CSS and other web technologies.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules including ITSM CSM and HRSD
Experience with ServiceNow integration using REST/SOAP APIs.
Knowledge of database concepts and SQL.
Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or other relevant certifications.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
