Job Description:
We are seeking an Developer to join our team as a Programmer Analyst 4. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development particularly within government organizations and possess excellent communication skills. This role requires working in an Agile/Scrum environment and mandates a hybrid work schedule with in-person attendance required two days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain applications technologies.
Collaborate within Agile/Scrum teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations during the development process.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Top Skills Required:

3 years of experience as a .NET Developer
3 years of experience in State or Federal government organizations
3 years of experience working in Agile/Scrum project teams
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work onsite at least two days a week
