.NET Developer

Location: On-site at Wilmington NC
Duration: 12 Months

Responsibilities:
Developing testing and debugging software components tools and utilities required for the operation maintenance and control of computer systems. At a high level involved in the analysis design and development of computer systems.
Be able to exercise considerable latitude in determining technical objectives of complex components/large projects.
Develops technical solutions to moderately complex problems that require the regular use of ingenuity and creativity.
Contribute to the completion of specific programs and projects where failure to achieve results will typically result in serious program delays and considerable expense.
40 hours per week onsite with the possibility of overtime.
Experienced resource to convert multiple platforms comprised of COM exes and dlls to a modern architecture such Core while implementing best practices for the chosen architecture.
Encompasses the computer science or engineering discipline which involves technological and operating principles contained in all aspects of written computer data such as programs or routines essential to the operation of computers including operating systems databases compilers computer networks algorithms and Internet-related tools.

Required Education: Bachelors degree (IT/Engineering) or relevant experience

Required Years and Area of Experience: 5 years of experience Framework Core desired

Required Skills:
.Net Framework/NET Core application development
C# Visual C#.NET SQL Server MVC SSIS.
Familiarity in working with client/server RDMS systems
Experience with UX/UI design and development

Highly Desired Skills:
At ease with Database technology and SQL
Familiarity with Git and Azure DevOps/Git Lab.
Experience with WPF MAUI Win UI or Blazor

Desired Skills and Experience:
Experienced in developing web applications both front and back end.
Windows system troubleshooting
Data access with Object Relational Models such as Entity Framework or Dapper
Developing applications with Windows Presentation Foundation
Application performance troubleshooting and tuning. (finding memory leaks debugging running applications evaluating and mitigating performance problems)

Soft Skills (Communication/Team/Leadership):
The ability to work with a small development team.
The ability to work with solution customers (Mfg. Engineering & Operations) on issues as they arise.
The ability to communicate information clearly within the working team customers and stakeholders.
