Job Title: Oracle Demand & Supply Planning Specialist

As an Oracle Demand & Supply Planning Specialist you will be a key expert on Oracle Fusion driving best-practice adoption and shaping the platform to meet the Clients business needs.
What Youll Do

Lead solution design and transformation for Demand & Supply Planning.

Define functional strategy identify innovation opportunities and influence platform evolution.

Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and designs.
-
Perform impact assessments and maintain requirements traceability.
-
Configure test and support new or enhanced Oracle Fusion functionality.
-
Partner closely with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively across all stakeholder levels.

Collaborate with Oracle to influence product roadmap priorities.

Support issue resolution and escalate product bugs when needed.
What You Bring

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Business or related field.

5 years of Oracle / Oracle Fusion experience.

Strong collaboration problem-solving and results-driven mindset.
Preferred Skills

Technical leadership and platform expertise.

Strong time-management communication and organizational skills.

Ability to simplify complex concepts and manage multiple priorities.

Experience building roadmaps and influencing stakeholders.
