Job Summary

skilled Surveyor This is a 9-month contract with potential extension. The role is part-time remote project-based no field work required.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and interpret legal property descriptions (Notice of Land Use Restriction)
Accurately map restricted boundaries using CAD or GIS software
Provide written recommendations when legal descriptions are unclear

Minimum Qualifications:

5 years of surveying experience including drafting legal property descriptions
Proficient in CAD and/or GIS software
Own computer and software capable of producing shapefiles or CAD files
Strong knowledge of surveying methods boundary analysis and Microsoft Excel
