Job Summary

Short Description:

The Expert Business Analyst will be expected to provide Business Analysis support for the DMV Transformation program.

Day to Day Task:

Use recognized business analysis methodologies to elicit requirements from business users

Attend meetings facilitate and lead requirements sessions with team members

Communicate efficiently the business process requirements to IT staff program staff and stakeholders

Develop and document Business Requirements

Develop analyze and revise system diagrams (flowcharts state diagrams strategy maps etc.) as needed on the project

Ensure that requirements and deliverables are verified and validated at the analysis and testing phases

Track and fully document changes for functional and business specifications

Demonstrate Business Analyst processes and techniques to other team members

Participate in developing test plans for the project to ensure that program requirements are met

Create status reporting mechanism to monitor the status of the above activitie.

Requested Qualification Number	Requested Qualification Notes to Agency: Points assigned will change depending on the number of Qualifications submitted There is no requirement to have 10 Qualifications. Only Number of Months is an allowable unit of measurement for experience.	Experience you have
1.	84 months of experience using fundamental Business Analyst processes methodologies tools and techniques and adapting them to the organization.
2.	84 months experience in eliciting and documenting business requirements/rules from project participants.
3.	84 months experience in ensuring that requirements and deliverables are verified and validated at the analysis and testing phase
4.	84 months experience in analyzing and revising system diagrams (use cases flowcharts state diagrams strategy maps etc.) as needed on the project
5.	84 months experience in facilitation of gathering requirements from 30 or more project participants including tracking and communicating those requirements
6.	84 months experience working with a governmental agency
