Job Summary

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our design team. The ideal candidate should have strong creative and technical skills a keen eye for design and the ability to support senior architects throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing architectural concepts presentations and design drawings.
Support in preparing detailed plans sections elevations and 3D models.
Conduct site visits surveys and assist in documenting site conditions.
Coordinate with consultants vendors and internal teams for accurate design development.
Ensure drawings comply with local building codes and standards.
Assist in preparation of BOQs material selections and design documentation.
Participate in client meetings and help translate requirements into design solutions.
Support project planning documentation and revisions as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Architecture () from a recognized institution.
Proficiency in Autocad SketchUp Revit Photoshop and MS Office.
Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction basics.
Good visualization detailing and presentation skills.
Ability to learn quickly and work collaboratively within a team.
Strong communication and time management abilities.
