Responsibilities:

Translate business needs into functional specifications
Create process flows BRDs and user stories
Support system testing and requirement traceability
Recommend improvements and new digital solutions

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors in Business IT or relevant field
Strong communication and requirements analysis skills

Preferred Skills:

Domain expertise (Banking/Insurance/Healthcare)
ERP/RPA exposure

Tools & Technologies:

JIRA Confluence
Visio / Lucidchart
SQL fundamentals
