TKO StaffPros provides direct hire placements long-term assignments and seasonal production placements. Our Arlington Branch services the greater Dallas/Ft. Worth area. Our primary industry serviced is light industrial but also includes healthcare janitorial food service and entertainment.
Position Summary:
- Seeks and follows leads to acquire new business
- Seeks out hiring decision makers and develops working relationships with them
- Designs and delivers presentations highlighting our services
- Negotiates contract terms with clients
- Successfully closes sales
- Works toward exceeding predetermined goals
- Maintains contracts with existing clients to obtain more organic business
- Follow up with recruiters to insure open orders are filled
General Purpose: Marketing and Sales of temporary temp-to-hire and direct placement services
Position Responsibilities:
- Services existing accounts obtains orders and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
- Adjusts content of sales presentations
- Utilize CRM system to log activity along with documenting client and prospect information
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on unemployment pay rates and potential clients
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management
- May be be required to work alongside recruiters to ensure service levels are met
Qualifications
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Time management: the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
- Customer service system experience
- Consider yourself resourceful
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong team player
- Basic computer proficiency
Role Qualifications:
- College degree or 5 years of sales experience
- Must be able to travel throughout Dallas and surrounding areas
