Job Summary

The purpose of this role is to drive efficient high-quality hiring across technical and non-technical functions by leading the full recruitment lifecycle. The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will ensure the organization attracts engages and hires top talent from the Hyderabad market leveraging strong industry knowledge stakeholder collaboration and effective use of recruitment systems. This role is critical in building a strong talent pipeline supporting business growth and ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.

Requirements


  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing screening interviewing and closing candidates.

  • Recruit for a wide range of roles across tech and non-tech departments.

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand role requirements and provide hiring insights.

  • Prepare job descriptions post job ads and manage candidate pipelines on Zoho Recruit or similar ATS.

  • Conduct competency-based interviews and share structured evaluations with stakeholders.

  • Build and maintain strong candidate relationships to ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring process.

  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies (LinkedIn job portals referrals events networking).

  • Maintain recruitment dashboards reports and timely updates for stakeholders.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends compensation benchmarks and hiring patterns in Hyderabad.

  • Ensure smooth coordination for interviews assessments and onboarding


Qualification:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or a related field.

  • 35 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition covering both technical and non-technical roles.

  • Strong hiring experience specifically in Hyderabad with solid knowledge of local talent markets and industry trends.

  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).

  • Hands-on expertise with Zoho Recruit or similar ATS platforms.

  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple stakeholders and delivering within tight timelines.

  • Active listening and empathy to understand candidate and stakeholder needs.

  • Negotiation and influencing skills to secure top talent.

  • Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously.
