About the Company: Our client is an online Lagos-based kids bookstore that sells carefully curated child-safe books for children and teens in Nigeria.

About the Role: Our client is seeking a creative and results-driven Affiliate Marketer to promote the companys bookstores products through strategic partnerships influencer collaborations and affiliate channels.

The ideal candidate must be passionate about books understand online marketing trends and grow a network that drives sales and brand visibility

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage strong relationships with affiliates to ensure consistent promotion of the bookstores products.

Provide affiliates with marketing materials such as banners content ideas and product updates.

Monitor affiliate performance track conversions and optimize campaigns to increase sales.

Analyze campaign data and prepare periodic reports on KPIs (traffic leads clicks and conversions).

Collaborate with the marketing team to align affiliate promotions with ongoing campaigns book launches and seasonal offers.

Suggest creative growth strategies for improving affiliate engagement and revenue.

Ensure all affiliate marketing activities comply with brand guidelines.

Requirements

Proven experience in affiliate marketing digital marketing or influencer management.

Strong understanding of social media platforms online communities and content marketing.

Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Ability to analyze performance data and derive actionable insights.

Familiarity with affiliate platforms (e.g. Impact ShareASale Awin or similar) is an added advantage.

Creative mindset with the ability to craft compelling promotional ideas.

Passion for books and the reading community is a plus.
