Job Summary
Senior Real Estate & Corporate Lawyer (Luxembourg)
Job Description
A successful international investment group with strong expertise in real estate investment and structuring across Luxembourg Germany Switzerland and the wider EU is seeking a Senior Real Estate & Corporate Lawyer.
The role will involve:
Establishing and leading the legal function in Luxembourg.
Advising on real estate transactions M&A venture deals and restructuring projects.
Managing crossborder structures in Luxembourg Germany Switzerland and the EU.
Liaising with German authorities and ensuring compliance with EU law.
Drafting negotiating and reviewing contracts shareholder agreements and corporate documentation.
Providing strategic legal input to management while coordinating with finance and operations teams.
Requirements
Baradmitted lawyer with at least 10 years PQE in real estate corporate/M&A or investment law.
Strong expertise in EU law and proven experience with crossborder transactions.
Fluent German (mandatory); other languages such as English are strong assets.
Track record of working with authorities and regulators in Germany and EU jurisdictions.
Leadership skills with ability to manage projects and coordinate teams.
Based in Luxembourg or willing to travel regularly.
