Job Overview
We are looking for an Associate to support and guide students throughout their admission journey. The role involves counselling students helping them choose the right course and assisting with the complete admission and enrolment process.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students over call and help them understand courses and career options.
Guide students through inquiries applications financial aid scholarships and admission deposits.
Follow up with students to ensure they complete their enrolment process.
Provide basic career guidance using available university resources.
Maintain daily call logs follow-up records and meet admission conversion targets.
Requirements
Graduate in any field.
Minimum 3 years experience in customer support telesales or tele-counselling.
Must be comfortable with sales-related tasks.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Only Hyderabad-based candidates eligible.
