Job Summary
Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and result-oriented International Project Course Counselor to guide students/candidates about courses related to international projects overseas requirements and global career opportunities. The role focuses on counseling lead conversion and coordination with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students/candidates on courses aligned with international projects and global opportunities
Explain course structure fees duration and outcomes clearly
Handle walk-ins calls and online inquiries
Convert inquiries into enrollments through effective counseling
Maintain accurate records of leads follow-ups and conversions
Coordinate with training operations and international project teams
Achieve monthly counseling and enrollment targets
Requirements
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline
Experience: 13 years in counseling education sales or international projects
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel email and CRM systems
Target-driven mindset with a student-focused approach
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of international courses projects or overseas programs
Excellent convincing and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced target-oriented environment
Proficiency in English and Hindi (local language preferred)
