Key Responsibilities
Lead mentor and manage a team of QA engineers.
Define QA strategy test plans and testing processes for projects.
Coordinate with development product and project teams for requirement understanding.
Design and manage test cases test data test scripts and automation frameworks.
Ensure timely delivery of test cycles (functional regression integration UAT).
Review and approve test cases test reports and defect analysis.
Implement automation best practices and increase automation coverage.
Conduct root cause analysis and ensure process improvements.
Ensure compliance with QA standards guidelines and documentation requirements.
Prepare detailed quality metrics and present reports to management.
Required Skills
Strong expertise in manual and automation testing.
Experience with tools like Selenium JIRA TestRail Postman JMeter etc.
Strong knowledge of SDLC STLC Agile methodologies.
Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
