Job Summary

  • Monitor daily faults analyze issues and ensure timely high-quality repairs.
  • Analyze charger/station data to evaluate performance and maintenance needs.
  • Conduct spot checks on repair and maintenance quality (on-site or via camera).
  • Coordinate with V-Green service partners and suppliers to resolve incidents and implement upgrades.
  • Supervise and validate repair warranty and preventive maintenance activities.
  • Track maintenance performance reconcile service costs and manage spare-parts planning and distribution.
  • Support technical training and ensure service quality compliance.
  • Collect field data prepare regular reports and perform other assigned tasks or project duties.


Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical/Electronics Automation Mechatronics or Automotive Engineering.
  • 23 years (Specialist) or 57 years (Manager) experience in EV charging station operation/repair; preference for candidates from charger manufacturers or installation/maintenance contractors.
  • Good knowledge of diagnostic systems and electrical/electronic components in charging stations.
  • Strong technical analysis teamwork and communication skills; project management and training skills for Supervisor roles.
  • Proficient in MS Office and fluent in English.

Required Skills:

Bachelors degree in Automotive Engineering or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive diagnostics vehicle troubleshooting or repair at authorized dealerships or automotive companies. Experience working with automotive diagnostic equipment scan tools and software update platforms. Prior experience with FOTA processes is highly preferred. Strong understanding of electric vehicle systems automotive electronics and software architecture. Proficient in English (reading writing and communication). Experience in automotive OEMs is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
