Job Title: Fleet Maintenance Coordinator
Location: Aylesford Kent ME20 Office Based role
Salary: Between (depending on experience)
Full Time and Permanent
Monday to Friday 8.00am-5.00pm 42.5 hours per week (1/2 hour lunch break)
Our client is a dynamic nationwide vehicle rental business with over 2000 vehicles.
They provide innovative solutions to vehicle operators offering flexibility and the ability to quickly adapt to meet the changing demands of their customers business. Their fleet is largely HGV based although it also includes vans and cars.

About the Role
As a Fleet Maintenance Coordinator you will be the first point of contact for vehicle breakdowns and maintenance queries.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing vehicle breakdowns and coordinating repairs.
Monitoring maintenance costs and handling recharges.
Ensuring compliance with DVSA and HSE standards.
Maintaining accurate records and processing all related paperwork.
This is a busy role that requires handling a high volume of calls and data entry with precision and efficiency.
What Were Looking For
Essential Requirements:
Full UK driving licence.
Mechanical background (HGV experience preferred).
Strong IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel Word and email.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner.
Ability to work accurately under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Desirable Skills:
Knowledge of warranty procedures maintenance contracts DVSA and HSE standards (training provided).
Familiarity with fleet management systems such as Tranman.
