Role Overview
As a Bank Care Assistant you will provide essential support to individuals living in their own homes helping them maintain independence dignity and comfort. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing personal care such as washing dressing and supporting personal hygiene with dignity and respect
Assisting with meal preparation shopping and light household tasks
Offering companionship conversation and emotional support
Prompting or administering medication according to care plans
Observing and reporting any changes in wellbeing to the office or on-call team
Travelling within Swadlincote (fuel allowance provided)
Working flexible hours to cover staff absences or increased demand
Requirements
Full UK driving licence
Access to your own vehicle
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including weekdays evenings and weekends
A caring reliable and compassionate approach
A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Competitive pay rates:
Unqualified Carers: 14.1819.80 per hour
Qualified Carers (Level 2): 14.6821.30 per hour
35p per mile fuel allowance
Full in-house training and induction in Swadlincote
