The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of one of Deloittes dynamic large-scale operations in the financial services industry.

Change Analyst
We are looking for a proactive and analytical Change Analyst to support a major transformation programme helping to ensure change is understood planned and successfully embedded across the organisation. This role is ideal for someone with experience in organisational change and a strong understanding of change frameworks or methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyse programme activity to identify change impacts across people processes and systems.
Support the development and application of change frameworks tools and plans.
Work with stakeholders to understand needs gather insights and support engagement activities.
Contribute to readiness assessments and ensure the organisation is prepared for upcoming changes.
Track adoption identify risks and help drive continuous improvement in change delivery.

About you:

Experience in change management or business transformation.
Understanding of change frameworks
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to analyse complex information and translate it into clear actionable outputs.
A collaborative adaptable approach with strong attention to detail.
