Job Summary
Role: Communications Workstream Lead
Location: Hybrid Role 2-4 days per week in East London or Manchester onsite the rest remote
Start: ASAP likely early 2026
Duration: 6 months initially plus likely extension (inside IR35)
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of one of Deloittes dynamic large-scale operations in the financial services industry.
Communications Workstream Lead
Lead and coordinate all communications for the programme ensuring clear consistent and timely messaging to internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver the programmes communication plan.
- Manage all external communications including public messaging press materials and partner updates.
- Produce internal communications such as briefings updates and newsletters.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Create high-quality written and digital content.
- Identify comms risks and manage approvals governance and compliance.
- Provide regular reporting to programme leadership.

- Strong communications background
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Ability to turn complex information into clear messaging
- Confident stakeholder manager
- Experience delivering communications in a project or programme setting
