At least 7 years of experience designing solutions with Oracle Siebel CRM

Experience with developing business design document functional & non- functional requirements
Experience with developing high level application flows to support the business requirements.
Experience in developing functional design document
Experience in creating detailed process flows developing high-level screen designs that map steps within a process to actual views in software solutions
Experience with solutions and designs with user experience and accessibility (WCAG/AODA)
Experience conducting user research and usability testing
Experience developing user personas and user journey maps
Experience analyzing user feedback and designing solutions to address user issues and pain points
Experience creating wire frames and high-fidelity mockups with UI prototyping software such as Figma or Adobe XD
Experience researching and applying industry best practices
Demonstrated experience in developing use cases (business/system) identifying and documenting business rules
Demonstrated experience with the creation and analytical process of business requirement documents
Demonstrated experience in identifying risk and providing solutions

Experience with developing application screen mock-ups and screen flows; translate screen design and workflows into Wireframes and or prototype
